Refund Policy for Archery Outlet
At Archery Outlet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a return option within 14 days of the purchase date on products stated as NEW. Returns do not apply on ‘Used’ or ‘Show Model’ products.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to items that are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or damaged in any way. Additionally, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:
- Custom-made products or special orders
- Products that have been sold stated as 'Used'
- Products that have been sold stated as 'Show Model'
- Products that are on 'SALE'
- Products that have been modified or altered in any way
- Products that are non-refundable due to health or hygiene reasons, such as personal protective equipment (PPE)
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at shop@archery-outlet.com within 14 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Return shipments are at risk of the buyer, which means Archery Outlet is not liable for the damage or loss of returned items. The buyer is responsible for initial shipping cost as well as the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. If everything is in order, we will process your refund, minus initial shipping cost within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that in the case of an exchange, any price difference between the original item and the new item will be charged or refunded accordingly. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution for a refund or replacement.
